Angry. Alone. Under such circumstances, one might make some irrational, irresponsible decisions. A cycle begins of action, consequence, and resentment. Only a change of perspective can break this cycle.

We are all responsible for our joys as well as our miseries. We have a choice: act rationally and responsibly embracing life's joys and coping with the tough times, or become prisoners of our self-constructed prisons.
